ANDO Hidetake is a renowned artist who continues the traditions of Momoyama-period Kiseto and Shino-type pottery. Using the same clays and firing techniques as those eras, he has developed a distinctive style that is simultaneously time-passing, innovative and powerful. This exhibition showcases the culmination of his long creative journey, featuring both his signature pieces and his latest works.
