Kato Kohei is the seventh generation of the Kobei Kiln, a renowned ceramic workshop in Mino. He is known for a distinctive style shaped by the refined sense of form he developed in his youth and by the wide range of ceramic techniques he studied from cultures along the Silk Road. This exhibition invites you to explore the creative world he built through these influences
